These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the VATCalc website located at vatcalc.net ("Service") operated by VATCalc ("us", "we", "our"). Please read these Terms carefully before using our Service.

1. Use of Service
VATCalc provides free online VAT, GST and Sales Tax calculation tools along with an invoice generator. You may use the Service for personal and commercial purposes, subject to the restrictions in these Terms.

- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service
- Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to extract data from the Service at scale

2. Accuracy of Information
VATCalc provides VAT, GST and Sales Tax information for informational purposes only. While we make every effort to keep tax rates accurate and up-to-date, we cannot guarantee that all information is complete, accurate, or current at the time of access.
Tax rates change frequently. We strongly recommend verifying all tax rates with your country's official tax authority before making financial or business decisions. VATCalc accepts no responsibility for errors, omissions or outdated information.
The invoice generator creates template documents only. These are not certified tax documents and should be reviewed by a qualified accountant or tax professional before use for official purposes.
3. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that:
- The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
- The results obtained from use of the Service will be accurate or reliable
- Any errors in the Service will be corrected

In no event shall our total liability exceed $100 USD.

The Service and its original content, features, functionality, design, code and trademarks are and will remain the exclusive property of VATCalc. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service without our prior written consent.
6. Advertising
VATCalc is supported by advertising from Google AdSense and potentially other advertising networks. Ads are clearly displayed as advertisements. We do not endorse products or services shown in advertisements. Clicking on advertisements may take you to third-party websites over which we have no control.
